I just checked Steam but Swordsman is not on Steam. I thought if it was on Steam then I could try my Steam partition but no such luck.

Unfortunately I no longer have enough disk space to install the program. Maybe when POL 5 comes out they will add the ability to install to another drive.

Please explain how you got it to work.

I figured out how to get Origin to work with wine 1.7.33. I installed Origin with wine 1.7.33. Before trying to download get the patch_qt5network_wine.py patch from wine HQ forum. copy it to your Origin directory under POL vitual drives then apply the patch. I downloaded The Sims 4. Origin now...

Other than some sound issues they port works great. Lots of people are having sound issues, so I bet Aspyr will be all over that one. Mods seem to work to. I don't know if you can create mods in Linux or you have to use Windows. Civ5 mod buddy used Micro$oft stuff so it only worked in Windoze...

I don't like how you have to use Uplay for some games even though you already launch them from Steam anyway. Uplay doesn’t like Linux and even under wine Uplay is bad. Probably another badly implemented DRM platform like Origin.

Depends on which client you use. I bought BE through GameAgent so it doesn’t matter. That means I bought it directly from the devs. BTW its downloading now. I guess they decided to let us pre load. Nice since its 8 GBs.

It doesn’t work yet. I don't know what engine it uses. Probably the same one as ETS2. Once its finished that is. I don't have an ETA yet.
