I guess it is DX9 I was thinking DX10 is is already installed. I added d3dx10 through install components yet I doubt that forced it in game I would test this if I knew how.

Runs very well on Archlabs. Only issue I have is a little sound crackle however I'm running it under POL 4.2.10.

I did notice however while in the settings that the MAHOEngine.ini contains an entry which is default AllowD3D10=False however I don't think D3D10 has been implemented yet however the entry does exist hoping that once they do this will be useful. I could be wrong however..

yes, everything is working now. It could have been because I installed it with staging to test, but I changed it to 1.8

It should be .steam/steam/steamapps/common by default, you may have to unhide your home folder to see it.

I used to add xaudio2_6 as a dll override in winecfg to get the voices and sound to work but I think they fixed that in the newer versions of wine.
