Free games on Chrome Web Store

Yeah, the Google store has a bunch of good free games and even trials like Bastion. I have noticed that some flash games don't work in Linux because Adobe isn't updating flash anymore for Linux. But HTML5 games work fine

    STALKER Call of Pripyat Guide

The first one Shadow of Chernobyl is amazing! Maps aren't quite as big, but the graphics and action are extremely satisfying. Some of the mutants are pretty darn cool too.

Valve drops hints about Steam game hardware

Exactly, even if half of us buy a new game for $40-$60 that is a lot of money! Good job Steam! By the way, last weekend I saw Tomb Raider for under $13 on Steam... I really really wanted to get it.

    Leadwerks: Game Development in Linux

Ah HA! Interesting... guess there are still some bugs to work out... I have a feeling EA, UBIsoft and Blizzard don't see Linux as a pile of money because it requires them to invest money in more development and support. Supporting Linux can be a huge pain because of all the distros...

    Arma2 and DayZ Mod

Yeah I read about it but its a pretty large download and still not high quality like you said. Kind of a cool business model though... I didn't know about Sate of Decay... I'm looking into that. I really like the look of Watch Dogs, I wish I could afford it too. last weekend Steam had a 75% off...

Valve drops hints about Steam game hardware

Thats ok, if most gamers want to pay more for their gaming experience, thats fine with me. I'll keep saving money and enjoy my freedom. I will probably always have 1 Win machine around, but I have already started trying games in Linux first. If it runs, I play it in Linux, if not, then I'll...

    STALKER Call of Pripyat Guide

STALKER Call of Pripyat is a sequel to STALKER Shadow of Chernobyl and expands on the adventure into the Zone. Not only are the graphics more detailed, but there are larger maps, more mutants, more quests and more accessories. If you were thrilled with the first STALKER, you will like Call of...

Valve drops hints about Steam game hardware

He also said a lot about their history and future of Linux. He doesn't seem all that concerned about us being 1% of Steam gamers. The more work they put into Linux the more we'll grow

Grand Theft Auto 5 Linux Petition

Hey Chris, good to hear from ya! If Rockstar Games sees value in Linux gaming then we would definitely get a hold on the market. Then we would need Ubisoft, EA and Blizzard.

    Crysis 2 Guide

I made it all the way to the Dark Heart chapter. Fighting aliens now. The whole Genre really reminds me of Half-Life. Levels are linear but very large, so you can choose how to get to the other side where the objective is, but you can't choose other objectives. So its basically linear. I'm...

    New humble bundle 9

Looks like your "edit" button is working too! Ok I see what you mean... most native games have a file that is actually a script that launches the game in a command prompt. Thats what I got fro Brutal Legend, Costume Quest, Psychonauts and Stacking. So I launch them from Terminal, but I wonder...

Metro Last Light Developer 4A Games Sees Clear Demand For 'High Quality Titles On Linux'

Music to my ears! I love hearing that larger developers are willing to take time and money to port to Mac and Linux. Regardless of the size of audience, they still see there is a need. I don't care when the game comes out for Linux, as long as it actually does... I'm going to buy it!

I tried it on my netbook and it worked for me. I made a launcher to Gish and it appears on my applications. Then I could drag-n-drop it to my dashboard.
