Yeah, no surprise there, Drakensang always runs well as long as you have fast internet. The engine is a whole different machine... its fast, detailed and the content doesn't require gigs of downloads. Try it with more AAA titles like EA games, Source games, etc.

Just to be clear, there is a 1.7 patch for Fallout 3. I wasn't referring to Wine 1.7 How did you refurbish your Gameboy?

Oh you only tried 1.7? The newest version is 1.7.1 with the Direct3D enhancements. Maybe its not available in PlayOnLinux yet?

Yes please do!!! Give us more! If this is the Wine version to out-do all Wine versions, then I'll be spending the weekend testing multiple games. Like Alan Wake and other games that just run slow need some optimization like this

Oh YEAH! That is the coolest feature of PlayOnLinux, change the Wine version any time you want. No re-installs, but I do like to click "Windows reboot" in the Wine Tab just to make sure.

    Champions Online (Free-to-play RPG)

Yeah, let me know... just make sure you paste it in the same directory that Windows has it in. My Neverwinter was in a Perfect World folder in Program Files. After downloading the whole game again, I couldn't find the new folder. So I'm pretty sure it didn't work, but maybe you'll surprise me

I had similar problems, but barely noticeable. I never messed with GLSL on most games. The new Wine 1.7.1 may have the boost we need for performance in games. They have implemented some speed boost for Direct3D in this version: Gamersonlinux

Fallout 3, apparently you don't need xlive until you try to patch it to 1.7 I guess xlive is bundled with the patch. Very nice Gameboy! did you restore it yourself?
