Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

Truly a great voice! Whoever decided to mix the horn section so loudly disliked Bobby Blue Bland. What an insult! There's a passage where the horns actually sound like a high school marching band. His voice simply can't compete with the less than super talented horn section. I would have mixed...

    The state of our nation

Yet Tom Wolfe said this: Love is the ultimate expression of the will to live. Can't argue with Mr Wolfe, he's my most favorite modern author.

    The state of our nation

If that's my possibly ignorant, or more possibly my reading of the truth isn't that my problem? We allowed the people in charge to destroy ourselves. And the Trumpers and their opponents now in charge are throwing dynamite on to that terrible fire. As long as the rich feel secure they'll change...

    Snowden Movie

That this info was given to WikiLeaks by the hated Russia is the equivalent of an old wive's tale. A person with access to the Democratic Party's power elite gave this information to WikiLeaks. A true fact. And he could have been murdered for this. ""There are those in intelligence who..."" Fer...

Fair enough. I thought I'd post it in case anyone's system was vulnerable.

Possibly a bit of an acquired taste:

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

1985, a year in music I don't remember well. Thanks for telling me like it was, ThunderRd. As Pino Palladino is cited for bass work with this renowned Mr Young I'll have to give it a possibly acceptable grade.

    The state of our nation

I'm not known as Mr Sunshine. As far as I can tell it's doubtful that the human race has 100 more years. We passed the point of no return BEFORE we knew it was there. Is this due to human folly? Yes, however we must remember that Neoliberalism is most to blame. Steal all of the money from the...

    This sounds ominous...

I dunno. Kernel 4.9 seems like something to care about. Others know much, much more than I do about the workings inside Linux. I'd prefer to avoid yet another DoS attack. And this one seems like one sneaky mofo, please pardon my French.

    Snowden Movie

Julian Assange let the truth be told to all with ears who wished to hear and eyes who wished to see it. He broke the story from Chelsea Manning of that US Army helicopter executing the innocent in Baghdad--as well as the undisguised glee from the pilot or gunner as well as higher command at this...

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

I'm wrong? Again? Thanks for setting me straight ThunderRd! Probably because I'm used to it I like Todd Rundgren's version more. And Hall and Todd's version as well. The cheapo guitar's TONE is too hard to like in this just who in the heck is this Paul Young anyway?

    Snowden Movie

Chelsea Manning is an American hero. Please recall that she had 23 more years to serve in Leavenworth. I'm very glad that Obama pardoned her. She never would have lasted for all those years. The military treated her like dog droppings, they would have eventually killed her. I can see where some...

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

Yes, I was pretty sure I reposted it, thank you very much for the first post ThunderRd. Just to niggle, it's a tune originally written and performed by Todd Rundgren.

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

It took me years to find out. I like the art work on the cover of their LP's, it's original and unusual. Betcha it was costly too, water colors are very difficult to work with, at least for me.
