Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

I disagree. Perhaps I'm lumbered with too much ears. That can be a problem.

Very well posted, thank you. However while the Earth will get to the year 7510 we sure as HELL will not. What's it like to know EVERYTHING cloasters? How can I know that?

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

His chosen name was "Rumpelstiltskin" but his name was "Scott." What a character and he was a genuine surfing enthusiast. My younger brother lived with his family for years as nearly a baby, daddums was a less than enthusiastic parent at times.

It's white out there in the woods...

Here in the big city (New York is 12 times bigger) all I noticed sound wise is that the snow attenuates noises extremely well. It's wonderful to "move to the country" so easily!

It's white out there in the woods...

I LOVE those blue tarps. Their singular color sticks out like a sore thumb everywhere. I never thought about the roofs of trailers, it bites that they are so weak. What apita it is to keep snow off of that flimsy overhead protection! The "Dog House," oh it must be hard to banish oneself to that...

It's white out there in the woods...

Oulu, Finland is just ~1.3 degrees South of the Arctic Circle. Who knew I ever got that close to it? Oulu was a small city when I was lucky enough to visit there. My school chum (don't think I've ever written "chum" before) drove like a maniac (yet in complete control) on all of that compacted...

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

It is a great one. Maybe I'm too attached to Ms Raitt as a "raucous" rock and roller?

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

This is a good lesson. Thank you for taking the time to post it! Perhaps this relates to a story told to me long ago by a friend talking about his peyote "trip" in the desert? "I noticed that the Earth was turning below my feet. This annoyed me. I jumped up and down, but I couldn't make the...

It's white out there in the woods...

Had no idea that you spent a lot of time in Finland danrok. Was there over Easter in Oulu, many moons ago, that's located at 65 degrees North Latitude. There was still four feet of snow on the ground. I sincerely hope that Daniel's mountain retreat loses its thick snow cover well before Easter...

Yaar, those out in the wilderness Alaskans are something else. -40F =-40C. But it goes down to -60 in Alaska. Brrr, I'm turning on the heat!

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

Diane Schuur really adds to this song. Aaron Neville (oops, The Neville Brothers) is someone who adds a lot to the lexicon, this song is fantastic! Thank you for posting it Dan! It's a joy to hear.

    Panic mode!

Can't in honesty answer that question.

It's white out there in the woods...

Four feet of snow, plus? Now THAT is weather worth mentioning! The four INCHES we have here is very slowly becoming moth-eaten. I love looking at it, it reminds me of my childhood back East way back when. And the quiet it brings is a blessing indeed in the loud city. The forecast is for...

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

I'm very, very happy to learn that you are still at home and soldiering on. I misunderstood your PM, I apologize for that. A portion of me regrets "broadcasting" about your state of health. I am sorry. Yet I'm overjoyed to learn that you will be with us for longer than I understood. "Stage 4"...
