Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

Really? I thought it was very weird. Why did he rip the strings off the guitar? Is that art or something? o_O

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

One of my favorite Joni songs. What a band: Lyle Mays, Michael Brecker, Jaco Pastorius, Pat Metheny, Don Alias. This was the caliber of musicians this woman surrounded herself with, and every one of them wanted to play with her. That is why she's a musical anomaly. Extraordinary and timeless.

Great song from Chicago, complex and innovative, I think we all remember it well - 'Make Me Smile'

This guy is a major talent, but I still think Tommy Emmanuel is the greatest acoustic guitarist. Good watch here, though:

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

I like this one. No one there had a better time than Buddy and G.E. Buddy loved Muddy and was his guitarist for years, maybe closer to Muddy than anyone there, and G.E., well, he's just a natural at letting everyone shine, isn't he? What a great band leader.

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

1:04, Phil blows a couple of notes on the piano but just smiles like it happens all the time ;) Every time I hear this song, I think about my mom, who used to tell me I could be Jeff Bridges's twin. All I could think about was how lucky Jeff was to be that close to Rachel Ward in 'Against All...

Here's a little bit about the long lasting friendship of Groucho and Fenneman. https://www.marx-brothers.org/whyaduck/other/fenneman.htm

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

Groucho was so quick, he was on another planet. And George Fenneman was one of the greatest straight men ever, bar none.

    Only in Thailand

Well, yesterday I banned 46.161.11.* and 195.154.254.* which both appear to be Russian. Of the 238 new user applications there were only 3 that did not originate from one of those two IP groups, so I doubt if we will lose many good users, if any. TBH, good applicants, using clearly real email...

Well, I got it done yesterday, the number had worked its way up to 238 new users, so I didn't want to wait anymore...the situation would just get worse. It took a while, but it's OK now. I banned 2 IP groups that seem to be the main offenders, so perhaps that'll help now.

Hey Chris, on another note, I've been removing a lot of new users the past couple of weeks, all clearly spam emails and junk email addresses, etc. Sometimes I'm removing as many as 40 or 50 a day. Today we've got 184, and there is no way I can see to remove them 'en masse' in the admin...

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

George, this Bud's for you: And here's a good documentary about Jaco, I learned a lot of things I never knew about him although I have listened to Weather Report for many years. He was far, far more talented than I ever knew; on multiple instruments - piano, drums, and guitar as well:
