I've heard that this game is a really good RPG / co-op RPG, and that it will get a Linux version.

Thanks for posting Divintiy: Original Sin
Looks like a really good game. For some reason I'm not as enthusiastic about turn-based fighting. But I love the graphics and cooperative gameplay.

I'm patiently waiting to get some income to purchase the game. It's one of those games I really want to play :(

I'm not that enthusiastic about turn-based combat either, but then again, I might be surprised. I'm willing to take the chance.

Me too. for some reason turn-based really kills the fight. Its no longer intense but a waiting/planning game. I understand the mechanics of a turn-based fight, but sometimes the chaos of a real-time battle is funner (if thats a word?)

But, as I see more videos of cooperative gameplay, I might be willing to give it a try.
Wakfu was pretty fun and so are some of the facebook RPGs

Anachronox has an interesting turn-based strategy. It is time-limited so you have to hurry and choose your move.
You literally have seconds other wise you get hit again.

Some people use the argument that turn-based combat is more tactical/strategical. I disagree with that statement. The difference is that one offers you less time to make your choices, and is more realistic. This is why I usually avoid turn-based RPG, because it kills immersion, it doesn't feel like a living & breathing world any more.

    Agreed
Its kinda like pausing real life to plan out your moves
But I understand why people like it.
I just need something a little more intense, think-fast-or-die
quick save, quick save, quick save ;)
