I'm trying to get the xbox360 controller to work in wine for nba2k15 but cannot seem to get to work. I have looked for answers on google and found a couple things but not sure if doing them correctly. Its driving me insane theres not something you can install through wine for it to work I'm using a wired xbox360 controller
Hi Batman, Sadly I've had the same problem but with an Amazon Basics Xbox controller. Apparently the standard Microsoft Xbox controller works out-of-the-box. I also have two Xbox Guitars and they work perfectly in Frets on Fire. So I do not have any solutions except to update your Mint when the updates are available. Sometimes the kernel update can include drivers for hardware like controllers.

One way to test your controller is to open Wine Configuration Launch PlayOnLinux Select NBA 2K15 Click Configure Click Wine Tab Click Control Panel Double-click Game Controllers Click Test Joystick Tab Test buttons and analog sticks Feedback will appear in this test area when it works. Sadly, my Amazon Basics Xbox controller actually works in this Test Joystick Tab, but doesn't work in games or native Linux games. I'm kinda at a loss with mine, but yours should work perfectly!
