Linux Mint 17.1 Rebecca

Linux Mint 17.1 is available. It looks like we will be able to update from 17 to 17.1 without a fresh install. I plan to wait awhile for them to get the bugs out. I wonder if it will bork my games? Anyone tried it yet?

I have to ask... why is there a 17.1 update when 17 is already a long term stable release?
