Me and Batman could use some help!

Greetings!
Batman has installed Mint Silvia and is putting his Mint setup together. He found that he really really likes The Cloud Theme that I'm using

.I've been all over my system and although I have it installed, I can not find it where it should be in Themes. Any suggestions as to where we might find it in a form I can send to Batman. Or if you know a more direct way for him to receive it (On the mint site?)
