Have no idea if this is related:

But Mint has a new (today) Intel micro chip update which I just installed from Mint updates.

I've seen and grabbed them too. Yay for Mint! Unfortunately Intel has greatly mismanaged the engineering of their processor's cores. Personally I find the poor engineering unforgivable and the great delay in creating fixes a slap to the face of people that had faith in Intel's competency.

Kinda like Boeing's wilful bad engineering -- in aid of making more money from the suckers that bought their 737 MAX airplanes. They obviously don't give a poop about the safety of their customer's safety. This is cause for energetic legal action against what used to be a corporation very much concerned about the airworthiness of their products.

We are SO effing corrupt in high places that no Boeing managers or executives will see a single day in prison--for murder, plain and simple.
