And ultimately, it's all the US government's fault. If they hadn't throttled my personal hero Phil Zimmermann and Co. in the '90's with the exportation of PGP, everyone would have freely been able to access the best possible encryption schemes.

Seriously? How can these huge companies no know about this the last 10 years?
No surprise that phones were targeted first.
I'm glad I never use Internet Explorer. It still seems to be a targeted browser more than Firefox, Chrome and others.

Some day I will be 100% Linux and not have to worry about most of these threats.
I know Linux has its weaknesses too, but just not quite as many as Windows.

Sometimes I think these articles are just conspiracies. I'm in IT for a company with about 300-400 Windows users and I rarely hear about these affecting us.
Either we have no idea that we are compromised, or its not affecting us.
