Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

I agree, it is an original pun! Shame on me, belittling these sages as if they were a candy. Gummy Bears bite, especially if one has no teeth. Otoh, Sour Patch kids do slowly dissolve.

Not certain about mindlessness being the bugaboo of the careless. Getting old sure as heck seems to aid forgetfulness, hate to think that I'm doing this for fun. While my living space is messy, I used to know where everything was. No longer, father time says "congratulations."

Data Breach--but only two billion records

This is an interesting sitch. But just because it's illogical doesn't mean that it's an imaginary problem. Sorry Dan, I don't have a clue how to put this right.

Data Breach--but only two billion records

After closing Terminal by clicking the "x" on the window holding the command line brought me this message~"if you close Terminal you will kill a process. You sure you wanna do this?" Tried the "q" command. No dice. But "exit" worked like a charm. Thanks Dan and Gizmo!

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

My favorite music teacher did a great job with this tune, accompanied herself on the piano.

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

Very atmospheric! I didn't know that monks came as Gummy Bears?

Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

What a cute video! I remember the name of the song, but not the song itself. Brings a tear, I must say. All I can remember about Froggy is that the kids laughed a lot when he appeared, or was it disappeared in a puff of smoke. So I laughed too.

Can't directly reply to post number 65. "Can't have more than five media items.." The whole "recreational vehicle" thing is off kilter, imho. I bet some folks can "recreation" with far less. It's a great thing that finding a used one in very good shape to LIVE in is possible! With non-mobile...

Data Breach--but only two billion records

I didn't know what "pull up a shell" meant. I guessed Terminal because shells have always confused me. Somehow, the request from Gizmo gravitated me to "Terminal." Dumb luck most likely. The "top" command brings up a list of the most active processes happening in your machine. The fifteen or...

Those dealers certainly talk a lot. And lie too. I doubt that a one ton pickup would move this monster adequately. And knowing that the freakin' factory ALWAYS screws up at least three things helps, once you learn that they LOVE to sell 'em, but HATE to fix them. Motherflock me Buckwheat, they...

If only rich and stupid went together more often. I think that a good Shark Attitude requires intelligence to make it work. I never bothered with a sharky attitude after I became smart enough to know that others out-sharked me by miles. Avoiding dealing with such people is a goal I've made...

Data Breach--but only two billion records

In the bad days of old we had DOS. Typing in a command(anything valid really) at the command line and hitting Enter did or did not get the result you were after. In Unix and The Mighty Linux we're supplied with Terminal mode. This brings our old friend the Command Line to the fore. Once upon a...

Agreed. Austin City Limits on PBS is or was a superior show. I haven't watched ANY tv now for years.

Come to think of it there's a purposely engineered housing shortage. As you have found the way to live well for far less, it's probably good that more "inexpensive" housing is being built! 400,000 new monster things per year? We Americans are foolish beyond measure. Watched a movie called...
