Do you use any other Linux forums?

When the day comes, please make a JACK guide here on GamersOnLinux! I would love to try something new with audio. Specially with the Pulseaudio problems in Wine & screen recorders. Besides that, I like to record my own music and plan to use Linux one day, but I've read enough comments about...

    So I tried GNOME 3

I really don't have a problem with most of them. My favorites are Cinnamon, Mate and Openbox. Gnome and Unity aren't all that bad but I have scenarios where they are a complete waste of resources. My Fedora 16 server (Supermicro) doesn't have the video processing for Gnome so the windows are...

Trying to get Farcry 3 to run (Steam)

The whole issues revolves around money, so as long as companies are getting their money, government won't get involved. World of Swordsman

I have been testing Swordsman in PlayOnLinux and having some problems. Arc installs fine but when launching Swordsman it crashes each time. I have some codec PNG fixme's in the debug but thats about it. I doubt it's a DRM problem because Swordsman is free-to-play.

Star Wars: The Old Republic Manual Test

Glad to see you are still working on this. I won't be testing Swotor because it will take way too long to download. I just downloaded Swordsman (9 GB) and it took 4 hours. So imagine downloading Swotor? Anyways, you may have to do some research, but some games files can be backed up and...

Do you use any other Linux forums?

I am not either. I mostly posted on AOAForums for the last 6 years or so. That was about it. I even started doing guides there first. Now I mostly post here, on reddit and google+ reddit and google+ are great because I see lots of Linux gaming updates from several sites.
