Wine devs dont accept this because dont work in all hardware, all drivers and all plataforms supported in wine Nvidia DirectX implementation* maybe good idea because in this drivers runs most titles *Still many titles works good in actual drivers :)

Very good old title, good guide works for most users want used, normally guides for older titles is uncommon :)

Some laptop with core i3 and upper with nvidia card (this is only option for wine) however install propietary drivers in laptop is more complicated than desktop :)

Intel HD have many compatibiliy problems, is worst than amd If you have desktop tower buy nvidia card but with lastest propietary drivers and many titles begins to work :)

With Dungeon Siege III disabling GLSL is not neccessary because this game use highly SM3.0 shaders However in other games like as call of duty 1 - 2, return to castle wolfenstein, neverwinter nights 1 and others is needed :)

If you want can try x-edgers ppa them have lastest nvidia driver However between 331.xx and 340.xx appears huge improvements in fps performance in various games on wine (using wine 1.7.22 and upper) :)

In my case use 32bit distro because in 64bit appears rare bugs and performance issues and most games used have 32bits However in my case i have 32bits distro and 64bit distro for other things (for example for future native games and other things) :)

In my case works but our systems are different: 32bit distro, KDE Desktop, i use windowed mode :)

This is better in my case use manual install, normally works very good but its more complicated than x-edgers :)
