I properly desinstalled the driver, and reinstalled last version from PPA xorg edgers. It works, now, and it fixed all my problems (POL conflict, partial solution for shadowrun antialias, nvidia settings complete windows) ;)

Since my brother upgraded his PC, I think I'll reinstall ubuntu 14LTS, it's the simpliest way for him, as a beginner. Perhaps later, once steamOS will be released, we'll swap to this new OS.
