I'll write up what you need to do, but first I need:
Exact make and model of the TV
Connection arrangement (i.e., are you going via the Denon still, or is the Denon now slaved to the TV through ARC?)
It's actually pretty simple.
If it doesn't show up at all on the TV's inputs then either the laptop hasn't activated its HDMI port, or the HDMI cable's bust. Since Windows, Apple and Linux are all pretty good at screen detection, and most Linux distros ship with functioning gfx drivers, my first bet would be on the cable.
XKCD explains the logic of self-isolation very well, as usual: https://www.xkcd.com/2287/
For my own part, I was relocated back to the UK a couple of weeks ago as flight cancellations meant we couldn't stay in a less-than-stable country any longer, a couple of days before the UK entered its own...
My AMD (Ryzen 1/Vega 8) APU-based laptop had some teething troubles, but is now trouble free - all open source AMD drivers. I don't see anything that would make me blink in that hardware configuration - only that you probably won't get the THX special sauce with the sound.
Whenever I see lists of games like this, with fantastic titles, covers and artwork and myriad stories, universes, abilities and features, I'm always left with one question:
... who actually plays Farming Simulator?
Forgive my cynicism, but I don't think civil rights are the driver here, so much as that the Democrats are maybe showing slightly better forecasting skills when it comes to working with the EU.
GDPR is a harmonisation and slight update of various national laws - the UK Data Protection Act 1988...
Quis custodiet ipsos custodes?
In an ideal world, yes, we'd accept some degradation of our personal liberty in exchange for the wellbeing of society at large. In an ideal world, we'd elect representatives that could be trusted in office to act for the greater societal good. We'd put into place...
Another promising technological enhancement. While at the moment it's, literally, a "drop in the ocean," it can be scaled up rapidly: https://www.theguardian.com/environment/2019/oct/03/ocean-cleanup-device-successfully-collects-plastic-for-first-time

No, not yet. At the moment this is all in the experimental/pilot plant stage - once it's scaled up to commercial sizes, then I'll be first in the queue
I'm well aware of the irony embodied by my profession being in conflict with my politics. But it's also allowed me to travel the world, meet my wife, interact with other cultures, and come face to face with the aftermath of war in Iraq - against which, if you remember, I was vehemently opposed...
I vaguely recall you did once, back on AOA, but I'm not concerned enough to bother hunting for a link. But yes, I do on a fairly regular basis. Not necessarily for the reasons you think.
Anyway, you may be disappointed by the boys' opinions - remember, the lads are still very young, and haven't...

Why? Because I work in the oil industry?
I think someone like Greta was inevitable. A great many issues are only resolved when one polarising individual stands up and says, "enough, no more!"
I have great respect for her fortitude, for picking her fight...
Quite an effective one, as it turns out, despite shagger Johnson's attempts to steer it towards fascism.
The Queen is the Head of State, and thus has complete power to enact laws, start and stop Parliament, go to war, the whole lot. But... she has exactly zero power to exercise personal...
OLED has a fantastic colour gamut and dynamic range. Unless you buy one of the top-spec ones, they'll be dim, though, and you'll have to keep your room fairly dark to be able to see them clearly.
OK, I'm pretty sure none of us will be completely correct on this one, so let's shelve that particular discussion ;)
As far as I can tell, your system is complicated by the fact that you're a federation of 50 states. In case anyone needed reminding, that's 50 separate, sovereign nations with...
