Nice find! Why is it illegal? I have DEFINITELY trash dug! Picked up a bunch of network cables, Win XP pro discs and miscellaneous cable years ago. A company was downsizing and throwing stuff out.
It just is in my city. No clue. Prolly because the homeless could sell everything they find and not live in the hole they are in now.
Wow, there must be a lot of homeless people. I can't imagine going to jail because I found a perfectly good monitor or keyboard in someone else's trash.
