After reading these articles, its amazing how much work the put into making GTA V run on Playstation.
It has limited RAM and VRAM, but they still manage to create amazing models, lighting and streaming LOD's with this limited hardware.
Imagine if developer put this much work into laptops or netbooks?
Unfortunately all computers have different hardware and specs....
    But, what about SteamOS?
Are developers making their game totally compatible with all three Steam Machines?

I know we have the ability to tweak video settings on PC, but what if games were designed to run on specific hardware?
Yeah, they would be limiting they potential of the game
I see where Playstation has some capabilities that PC doesn't due to proprietary console limitations.
Developers seem to focus on where the sales are and put extra work into their game for that system.
