That I really like also is inherit feren icons for the update manager. I have Cloud theme from Daniel~ and the Blue Rhino something for everything else, its called Rhino there is a bunch of them in the cinnamon spices its amazing. Hi Daniel~ oops sorry let me get you the conky, I forgot to add it, Its actually a script you run. You can have black or white the one on my screen is the white one. I believe it installs everything for you. You just have to make sure conky-all is installed that's it.
