Game Reviews?

Do you think we should get into doing Game Reviews?
There are plenty of sites out there that review PC games and Linux games...
Would it attract more readers?
Would they even care?

Maybe if we did reviews for Indie, kickstarter & mods that would give us a unique crowd because you can't find a lot of those on the big sites.

So the install part... should it be like a guide, or should it be short-n-sweet?

Install should be a guide, but not part of the review. Do a separate guide (as you'll likely be doing one anyway, right? Right? ) and link to it from the review.

Here's the thing, if you review a Steam or Desura game, the install is a sinch. So no guide necessary.
But if you review a game that requires compiling, chmod, chown, etc. Then a guide is definitely going to be needed.
