    I have to re-login every time I come here. If I follow a e-mail notification I have to re-login even if I'm already in the GOL forums....can this be fixed or am I doing something wrong?

    nope, it happens to me too!
    I have to login every time I click a notification from my email.
    I'm sure there is a setting Gizmo can check, but I'll check my User Control Panel one more time

    Have you tried setting the 'Automatically log me in' option when you login? There's a checkbox for that on the login page. Or are you wanting something else?

    Well, the site definitely uses cookies. Do you have a cookie blocker?

    I check the auto log every-time it makes me log-in. I'm using Firefox. I don't think I'm blocking anything as it always asks me if I want to block pop-ups or if it thinks AOA shouldn't be accessed without heavy armament. I think it's just not saving my cookies or rather telling my browser to?

    Isn't it fun watching me frail about for my explanations!? ":O}

    If your ISP is changing your IP address regularly, that might have something to do with it. We validate the IP address as well, to make it harder for someone to try to hijack a session. Right now we are using the first 3 octets to validate, which might be a hair too tight.

    I can login one time and then when I get a notification in email, I click the link and I'm still logged in.
    Is it working for you Daniel?
    Thanks Gizmo

    Yeah, I had the cookie domain set wrong. It's fixed now. I'm working on a couple of other enhancements as well.
