I doesn't help that it's currently to small for me to read..Makes using Steam almost impossible.
I do mean inside the steam client.

Dan, you can take a look at any number of screen magnifiers, like gmag or gnome-mag.

Can you search Synaptic for 'magnifier'?

    Otherwise:

    Code:
apt-cache search <search term or app name here>
    Example: apt-cache search gnome-mag

I gotta ask... Do you mean WinSteam or LinSteam?
Have you tried Big Picture mode? Its made for TV's and everything is more console-ish

Steam seems to use its own font settings rather than the system settings.

However, if you go into your 'System Settings', 'Accessibilty' applet, under the 'Seeing' tab, there is a 'Zoom' setting that you can enable which will allow you to zoom the display using your mouse wheel. Note that this magnifies EVERYTHING.

Thanks guys...I've been looking at allkinda mags since hooking up my TV so I can keep my lazy ass in bed and use my 60" LG
    Thunderroad.

Accessibility> Seeing works Gizmos, I've been using the "Enlarger", it has no adjustments, but it helps a set a foundation for all the others font settings I have to increase. not that big a deal once I understood I couldn't just find one setting to do it all.
I hate messing with fonts the truth be told the only way I know WHICH font I'm setting is trial and error.

    I'm in Win-steam Boo.....through POL.
    I'm also having a ridiculous amount of trouble searching for a clean and simple copy of Steam Linux,, all I get is endless adds and clinks to copies of Win Steam. I'm sure you can toss me a link Boo.":O}

Here's what I'm having trouble digesting:
That a site as advanced and as sophisticated as POL Does not have a simple size adjustment BUILT-IN???

Dang, it was worth a try. Yeah, I don't know why PlayOnLinux doesn't have a font size capability. Probably because its controlled by Linux distro's instead of PlayOnLinux.
Big screen mode definitely wasn't meant for Wine, but thought it might work.
I checked all the settings in WinSteam and can't find anything for fonts.
I have a feeling steamwebhelper.exe is part of the Big screen mode. Its been crashing for months in Wine

I be cool now! I was running into a lot of odds and ends that weren't working right, Search would crash the desktop...little things like that... So I did a reinstall.

Normally I would tough it out and see it you guys could fix it.... But ya see I've been playing with my Over-clocking settings for the last few days and well, I have no one, believe me, no one else but myself to blame!! LOL

I suspect this is an issue in how the code is written. POL absolutely HATES HiDPI mode on my 3840x2160 monitor; the dialogs are all SORTS of messed up!
