I noticed that PlayOnLinux has newer versions of Wine listed.
I am currently on 1.5.24 but there are a few more installments since.

Wine Git Shortlogs:
Wine 1.5.25
Wine 1.5.24
Wine 1.5.21
Wine 1.5.20
Wine 1.5.19
Wine 1.5.18

I will be trying these newer version in the future, specially with some of my games that are buggy.
Like Drakensang... I still have never gotten it to work in Mint, though it worked fine in Fedora 16.

Re: Newer versions of Wine

I also plan on creating a short tutorial on how to install new and old versions of Wine with PlayOnLinux

Re: Newer versions of Wine

Scratch that, I am including instructions on how to update to new and older versions of Wine in PlayOnLinux in most of my Guides

This post should probably be moved to the Wine threads

POL seems to do a good job of keep up to date with Wine. I'm using 15.29 as system wine at the moment.

I have had a LOT of success with Wine 1.5.25
Almost all of my new test are working with it and even some re-tests are working.
