    I used 4.2.3 when installing Outlast. Currently I am using PoL 4.2.4, but I have not installed anything new with it. Everything seem to work as it should and I have not encountered any problems.

    Edit: According to the changelog for 4.2.4 there is a regression fixed in this version. So you may consider updating directly to 4.2.4.
