I finally tried out Steam Streaming. I gotta say this is great! I am able to play my windows games streamed to my linux box. Some of it was a little choppy due to my connections were wireless and wired. Or I could maybe scale back video detail some.

These days I don't really bother re-booting into Windows 7 on my desktop. I just stream games from my laptop that has Windows to my desktop with Linux. It works really well.
