Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

"Nashville cats,
They been playing since theys babies"

When ever I get the chance I love to watch the hands that make the music I love, I have never seen a more relaxed pair of hands. But whats really wild is they are also the fastest and most accurate. Chet's hands are spell binding.

Dang, the vid won't play for me. Always...

A more gentle sensibility or "take the poison!"

.
Coming from New York [and knowing a lot of Jewish people], I was exposed to this type of humor ever since I was young. My favorite Jewish comic was Jackie Mason, who is 90-something now, one of the greats.

Best lines in this video, IMO:
'...there's no fu*k in broccoli...'
'Doc, my problem is I have these silent gas emissions...'

Love it!

Here's Jackie, you'll like this Daniel...

I saw him doing his one man show, on Broadway:

I'm from New York but I knew few Jewish people. The greatest comedians are indeed Jewish. But I'm not a big Jackie Mason fan, his put on accent (I think it was put on) is so freakin' thick that I don't understand him. I know, the shame of me.

My best friend of the last thirty years is a Jew and has a wonderful sense of humor. We've done some of the same things and lived in the same places before we met. Of passing interest only, but I find it interesting.
