The song that Aaron Neville and Linda Ronstadt made famous was written and first recorded by Barry Mann I could swear one of us posted this recently, but I must be losing it because I can't find it
Here is a Carlos Santana collab with Michelle Branch that I really like Here's a short interview with Carlos and Michelle at Rockefeller Center. Michelle was 19 years old at the time. Wow. Can you imagine being 19, and having the opportunity to collaborate with one of the greatest musicians of our generation?
Elton kinda surprised me. For one, he asked all the right questions to reveal her journey to us. But what really gave me pause is what a fine interviewer he is. Modest and self contained he gently opens her with his questions, then he attentively follows where Joni leads. Many interviewers claim previous association with their subjects. Elton lets us see how their relationship works. In the end we all come to know this about both of them. They are friends...and will die that way. ":O)
Don't do it! Those who go away with Nora never come back... But you don;t hear to many complaints about that.":O)
