Editing Posts and Various Permission Issues

I've changed the permissions settings on the forums, and have hopefully created a sane set of permissions for everyone. Please check and see if you have access to the things you think you should have access to.

Geesh, how many settings do you have for the permissions?
So far I seem to have all the access I need to create Guides and reply to posts
