Mint & Nvidia 340 Drivers

I looked at my available updates today in Mint 17 and noticed Nvidia 340 drivers were available.
This is the first time I remember getting new drivers in a Mint update.
So far they are running perfectly. I tested Oblivion & Numen in PlayOnLinux. Both run smoothly as expected.

If you can get the 340 drivers on any card it's going to fly

that is the problem, I can't get a card yet.
I would love a 750 Ti, but budget is tight right now. will probably have to wait for christmas

As I said in the other thread the 250X will work from XFX.

The driver CD even has linux built drivers on it.
