Who's heard Little Richard sing "Shake a Hand"?

Maybe not so fast, but she moves though music with instinctive certainty.
her little pudgies always right on time.

Two disparate men with real deficiencies come together
in a bid for mere survival, In a chance meeting that welds them together
in a truly sacrificial love.

Neither really understands their world or the others world.
But each is willing to take on the world that has beaten them a thousand times to save the other.

This was the theme song that tied it all together.

It's been nearly 50 years and I have never forgotten Rat-so Rizzio.

Plus Albert Lee and Vince Gill and more. Is that Bill Murray? I suppose Mr Clapton saved a few lives by livening up their heads after listening to his best material.

I was 11 years old. My mom and dad went out to the 'pictures' one night, and the next day I just happened to see the ticket stub for 'Midnight Cowboy'.
Later, while looking in the newspaper for a movie to go to with my friends, I noticed that Midnight Cowboy had been rated 'X'. LOLZ! How that evening changed my perception of my parents ;)

Now, of course, we watch Joe Buck and Ratso and wonder why it was ever an 'X' movie :)

Fun fact: it's the only X rated film to ever win Best Picture at the Oscars.

Trivia question: What is the only OTHER X-rated film to be nominated for Best Picture?
